I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Catapults, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. On Sunday 31st May 2026 at approximately 2pm, following a report from a vigilant resident of two youths carrying catapults in Harrietsham, PC Cox and PC Denney attended the area and quickly identified those involved. After a brief foot pursuit, one male was detained and a catapult recovered. Appropriate action has been taken, and enquiries to identify the second individual are ongoing.
